At CCEP I personally find that I am treated equally to my male college, however hearing from colleges from other companies, they say that they find there there is still discrimination whether that be positive or negative. As time goes on and as more women enter the engineering sector, this will improve, however the more those who are already within the industry are Educated on the matter then this will improve.
