Anon user (#264442), some of the main advantages of working at CCEP are:
Managers that care - I have had in the region of 8 different line managers and all of them have cared about me and the business.
Jobs need car (not all roles require a car but for those that do you will be issued with a jobs need car.
Pension plan - I think is pretty decent compared to other companies.
Share options - CCEP will match what you put in via our share scheme (up to a certain limit).
Training - I have been on several courses and always rate them very highly. One stand out for me was the negotiations course I went on a few years ago. Top quality content and delivered by ace instructors.
Holiday Trading - the option to sell or buy up to 5 days of annual leave per year.
Discounts - the option to buy e-vouchers at a discount. Eg for Ikea or Curry's PC World.
