The RM's report into a TLM (Team Leader Merchandising) and so as a Sales Manager I work very closely with not only my direct team but also the TLM and their team members.
I am one of 3 Sales Managers and 3 TLM's who report into a Senior Manager who leads 1 of 4 regional teams across the country.
I used to doubt what I was capable of but CCEP gives you lots of opportunities to really stretch yourself, try new things, gain new experiences and really challenge yourself everyday.
It certainly wasn't easy but I learnt so much and was able to take all my experience with me to another vending depot within the company and really improve the performance of a team that were on their knees. Earning respect, improving results and developing individuals.
Great way to start in people management and set me in good stead for my progression into larger sales teams within the Home Channel
