What level of interaction can a field sales representative expect with customers?

Hi Faruk.
In my opinion, sales is about relationships, taking the time to really get to know the needs of the customer. I note you have a large patch of over 240 clients. How much time do you get on average with each client? I would love to represent a globally recognised brand like CCEP but worry that I wouldn't be able to make each customer feel special if the time allowed doesn't let me really get to know them and their needs.

Yes, time is always challenging but if planning is done well then you can maximise your time with contacts. Small accounts we spend 30-35 mins and large accounts we can spent up to an hour.
