Find or get answers from employees

Dont be afraid to ask questions, its such a big (but exciting) move when looking to join a new company. We all use different terminology, and interpretations. Take the opportunity to ask as many questions to clarify your understanding of the role, what you need to deliver, but what will it also deliver for you! An employee that enjoys and feels satisfied that they are growing in the role, will be a happily and more productive individual. There is always someone available to answer questions, don't be afraid to ask!

I've always been told "You can control the controllable", and it's true that you can, but anything that is out of your hands is not worth worrying over. No point in stressing when you really can't help, but you can learn why things like that happen and develop an understanding as to how and why, then with this better understanding you gain that knowledge that you can feedback.
